Forrest Gnomes caught my imagination from collection of books owned by my late husband. I did not know that Gnomes are seven times stronger than humans? Or their sense of smell is nineteen more acute? Gnomes rub noses in both greetings and farewell? Or that Gnome parents always have twin children?

In the prime of life an adult Gnome without the hat is 15cm tall and can live nearly for 400 years of age. Their feet are slightly turned in.

In daily life the female always stays home and the males are the bread winners and work in the Forrest.
